    Hi,

I’m not sure about it with the given information.

How did you know it is slow? Also, can you go to Dashboard -> Auto Amazon Links -> Settings -> Cache, and post what it says in the Sizes and Maximum Overall Cache Sizes fields?

It’s a message of wordpress in site health status:

A scheduled event is a performance delay

The scheduled event, aal_action_delete_expired_caches, is slow to execute. Your site continues to work, but it can mean that scheduled articles or automatic updates may not work.

What I have verified is that if I make changes in the cache tab, as for example in “Cache Cleanup Interval” the changes are not saved even if I click on the save button. It seems to save them, but if I change the page in the wordpress administration and go back to the AAL cache tab, I find the previous settings.

    Hi,

Could you answer the second question in the last reply? Thanks.

Let’s put the speed issue aside and check if the plugin options can be saved properly.

    Please try this.

    1. Enable the plugin debug mode by going to Dashboard -> Auto Amazon Links -> Settings -> Misc -> Debug and turn on the debug mode with the Back-end checkbox option.
    2. Go back to the Cache tab. Find the Saved Options section at the bottom and remember the [expired_cache_removal_interval] values by copying it to a text editor or something.
    3. In the setting field of Cache Clean-up Interval, change the value to something else and save. When it loads the page, make sure the value for [expired_cache_removal_interval] is changed.
    4. Navigate to a different tab and go back to the Cache tab. And check if the changed value is kept.

Let me know how it goes.

Nothing, changed value is not kept. Also, the debugging tool doesn’t work either.

Something must be interfering then. I’d suggest you check a caching plugin if you have one. Or it can be CDN.

ok. Thank you very much i’ll try disabling it.
