    The Schedule (Rota) menu does not have “Add rota date” as an option.

    I am following the instructions in the Plugin Users Manual PDF (Jan 2021 v 2.72120). page 44.

    I added my rota jobs:
    Prayer
    Sermon
    Communion
    Singing
    etc

    Now I want to create a schedule and assign some members to the jobs. But I think the menu item is missing. Where is option to assign a member to a Job?

    You’ll get a quicker answer at https://www.churchadminplugin.com/support

    You create a rota at Church Admin>Rota Then click “Add new rota date”
    If when you created the rota job you gave it a pre-created ministry, then you will get a list of people to check who have that ministry in their profile.
