    HI,

    The creation of the archive package is interrupted. i get this message out.
    im Using the DupArchive.

    In the preparation I get only noted.
    The web page is 259.59MB and “Unicode and special characters like “*?><:/\|”, can cause problems with some hosters.”

    Ther Error Message

    Allowed runtime: 1:45
    Maximum PHP execution time
    Time: 1800 (default)
    Mode: is dynamic
    Server status:
    Error message:
    Too many retries when building DupArchive package. The scan result file was not found. Please run the scan step before building the package.

    During creation I see on the server that files are created in the folder “wp-snapshots/tmp”, which are then removed again.

    The Creation of database only works

    Hi,
    unfortunately I no longer have access to the website (on the old webspace).

    On the new server, Duplicator runs without problems.

    Is it generally a problem if a website has password protection via htaccess, htpasswd?

    The website I wanted to backup had password protection active at the time.
