The same problem mit my contact form

Hello,

I have the same problem with my contact form. It often does not work anymore. When clicking on the send button, the form gets stuck, the loading spinner appears and doesn’t go away. Only when I refresh the cache, the contact form works again, but only a few hours.

I have WordPress 5.7 and use the theme “Wellington” from ThemeZee.
