    direkt aus dem Shop, nach der PayPal Rückerstattung:

    “Die Bestellung #142104 wurde als ?rückerstattet“ markiert – PayPal-Ursachencode: refund”

    It seems like another plugin is triggering the email. You need to debug the issue to find the root cause, identifying which plugin is triggering the email. Once identified, you can disable that plugin or its email functionality.

    Hi,
    I’m not sure about the connection, but the problem is over once the permalinks have been updated. Maybe it was just a coincidence in timing.
