The same header on every page

You can use template parts. It is on the site editor. Find Header in template part and put your header there. Then go to Page template, assign your header using Header block.

its not working. i have 2 seperate headers: 1 on the landing page and the other one on the other pages, and that one is corresponding with the original one for the theme Zeever it seems, I dont know where I can find this?

Which header do you want to change? On the landing or the pages? I see your pages already using header from template part.

I want the same header (=only a nav menu) on the pages as that one on the landing page.

on the other pages i have a different nav menu, which has also that blue hover color. and i dont know where i can change this

So regarding the nav menu I want A) to change that blue hover color.
And B) also the nav menu is not on the same heights through the pages.

I notice you are not using header template part on your pages yet. Also for the landing page, you are still using section. Please try to assign your header using template part. This video below will show you how to do it. Hope it will help.
