    Dear WordPress,

As the title suggests I recently discovered to my horror that the review page on my website is not displaying correctly and to the casual observer there looks like there are no reviews whatsoever! I can only see them when I log on as an admin and go to the appropriate site review page. I suspect that one of the updates from earlier is probably the cause of the issue and I will try to fiddle with my themes and disable the plug ins except for woo commerce as you have suggested previous users do. But in case that doesn’t work I thought I would send you a support ticket before I head to bed for the night in case I can’t resolve the issue on my own tomorrow.

Any suggestions in the meantime would be appreciated!

    Cheers,

    Tim

Just to update my efforts before I head to bed:

I installed health check and will post the latest diagnostic below in case it helps at all. I disabled most of the plug ins aside from the reviews one and the health check one. I updated the PHP to the latest version. I have set the Theme to NineteenSeventeen as recommended. I restarted my computer to clear the cookies. I have run out of ideas for one evening.

One thing the health check has mentioned which might be the cause: Scheduled events A scheduled event (site-reviews/schedule/session/purge) has failed to run. Your site still works, but this may indicate that scheduling posts or automated updates may not work as intended.

I wonder if this is the culprit?!

I look forward to hearing from you tomorrow,

    Kind regards,

    Tim
