Hi @sobreak thanks for reaching out. Could you please share the following and we can investigate this further.

Your Site Health Information which you can share via this private form.
Does the same occur if checking from a Chrome browser incognito window?

Note that the “not a valid JSON response” error you’re seeing within Site Kit is a generic WordPress error, and not specifically a Site Kit error. It could indicate something at host level, or with your plugin environment is blocking performance reporting. Once we have the above information we can investigate this further.

@sobreak Thanks a lot for sharing the information. I can see quite a few active plugins on your site currently. It would be useful at this point to rule out any potential theme/plugin conflict that could be causing this issue.

Could you please follow our troubleshooting guide which will highlight if there are any such conflicts and let me know how you get on with these steps.

If you have any further questions let me know.

I have followed the guide but I can’t identify the conflicting extension.

@sobreak Thanks for trying this. Could you please share some more information:

    1. Where in Site Kit are you seeing this message? For example during setup or on the Site Kit Dashboard?
    2. Does the same occurs from any other site on the same hosting platform?
    3. Do you see any browser console errors on the same screen where you encounter this notice?

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
