or
check mod_rewrite is enabled or not

I have been told “mod_rewrite is already enabled” and this would not cause any negative issues with perm links (See below):

As mentioned, mod_rewrite is already enabled. This does not have any negative impact, as it merely allows one to make use of mod_rewrite rules should they require it.

As this is enabled, this would not cause any issues with permalinks for WordPress.

So this can be cause of damage .htaccess file, just delete your .htaccess file and generate it again
