    Hi
It looks like WordPress is not even loaded on your 404 page.
Did you modify your htaccess file?

My IT uploaded the WordPress and gave me the WP Admin access:-

    Blog URL – https://52.32.108.187/
    Blog WP Admin – https://52.32.108.187/wp-admin

I am able to access the blog when I deactivate the plugin but when I activate it, it redirects to language page https://52.32.108.187/id/ which is not accessible.

I have deactivated the plugin now so you will be able to access the blog homepage at https://52.32.108.187/ now.

Please help and let me know what modification needs to be done on htaccess file and I will send the request to my IT team.

    Thanks,
    Puneet

    Could you please:
    * update your resolution theme to the last version,
    * resave your Polylang settings in Settings > Languages > Settings tab: click on “Save changes”?

    Hi Chrystl,

    Thanks for the response.

I downloaded the theme yesterday itself and it is the latest version.

I just activated the plugin and Resaved the settings but it does not help.

I am again not able to access the blog now at https://52.32.108.187/

Can you please help – please let me know if I shall you the login details of the dashboard so that you can check what mistake I am making may be.

    Thank you,
    Puneet

I tested your the version 1.0.10 of the Resolution theme + Polylang 1.7.12 + WP 4.3.1 and it works.

Maybe a problem with the .htaccess file.
Could you rename your .htaccess file, then resave your Permalinks settings to generate another .htaccess?

Thank you for the response. I will get the .htaccess file update and let you know in sometime.

    Appreciate your help.

    Best Regards,

Another question, did you create in your root directory a /id/ directory?
If yes, you must delete it.
