    Hello,

    I don’t know if the subject has already been dealt with but I didn’t find it on the support.

    The download link sent by email does not work. Here is the message on page 404: The requested URL /download was not found on this server.

    How to solve this?

    Hi,

    This problem is caused because the routing of your website is not functioning optimally (to virtual / nonexistent ‘pages’).

    You are welcome, that’s nice to hear!

    This occurs with websites that do not load a 404 template or actually do not load wordpress scripts at all on certain non-existing ‘pages’.

    With the next update we will come up with a solution for this, so that this can no longer occur with the download links of our plugin.
