    Hi,
Why are users receiving this email:

Please verify a login attempt for your account on XXXX

    Request Time: July 15, 2020 02:05:04 PM
    IP: 217.164.244.210

The request was flagged as suspicious, and we need verification that you attempted to log in to allow it to proceed. This verification link will be valid for 15 minutes from the time it was sent. If you did not attempt this login, please change your password immediately.

I am not sure from the email if these users are getting the email on first login attempt or after multiple attempts? Either ways how do we stop them from receiving these alerts?

Double-check to see if the reCAPTCHA is enabled in Wordfence > Login Security > Settings. If so, that may likely the issue. If you’re using a membership plugin or a login that is not the standard default WordPress login/registration, it is possible there is conflict causing this. The captcha is designed for the default WordPress login and registration.

If those who are affected are using the default wp-login.php, you can change the threshold to have the verification send less often.

    Thanks,
    Scott
