    There are several supports request about 500 issue. Here is my situation & solution.

    There are 2 errors in log file:
    1. Class ‘domDocument’ not found
    2. Call to undefined function mb_convert_encoding()
    in functions.php of Ajax plugin

    You need to install php lib for php-xml & php-mbstring to solve this issue.
