The Report section (Geolocation / Stats Table / Keywords) is not working

    Hello, I am contacting you for advice. ??

    We have not been able to get the Report section working on any of our WordPress installations.

    When you click on Geolocation / Stats Table / Kewyords, it only displays the message “Error loading report. Please ensure ThirstyAffiliates Pro is updated to the latest version. If the problem continues, please contact our support team.”

    1. We have had this problem for a long time. A year ago, I replied here in a discussion regarding the same problem. The problem has not been resolved since then.
    2. We have purchased the paid extension ThirstyAffiliates Pro.
    3. We are using the current version of WordPress (6.4.2), the plugin (3.10.21) and the paid extension (1.7.8).
    4. The report cannot be viewed on a computer or on a phone. We tried different browsers including Chrome, Opera, Samsung Internet Browser including anonymous modes. In none of them the Report section worked, so the cause should not be AdBlocker.

    So please advise how to get the section working. Thank you ??

    Hi @petrnovak,

    The issue is most likely your ThirstyAffiliates Pro version, as you don’t have the latest version activated. Please update it to the latest (1.8.1?) and if the issue persists, please reach out to us through our ticketing system as a paying customer and we’ll be more than happy to help.
