The remote check can not access your website.

I remove this:

define('DISABLE_WP_CRON', true);

And replace to:

define('ALTERNATE_WP_CRON', true);

But not work.

You can turn off the remote check option in the plugin and then have look at this document: https://docs.revive.social/article/686-fix-revive-old-post-not-posting if you realize that your posts are not going through. If your posts are still being shared even with the Remote Check option disabled then there’s no reason to follow the link above.
