    I have been receiving this error – The registration secrets sent by your site do not match the ones the Jetpack server has on record.

    When trying to reconnect my Jetpack to my wordpress.com account.

    I double checked with my hosting company and they confirm that there is nothing stopping Jetpack from connecting on their side.

    I have emailed but no one has got back in touch.

    Can someone please help me.

  • Thanks, yes all sorted. Not sure about the cause as never seen before, even though all my sites are hosted with the same provider. Perhaps it was a DNS issue after all.
