  • Hi @schmekis,

“the registration secrets sent by your side do not match the ones the jetpack server has on record”

When you have Jetpack disconnected and deactivated on the site is the shipping page loading as expected?

This is a Jetpack-related error, when Jetpack is active I suggest going to the Jetpack page in your dashboard. Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
Click the link that says “Click here to contact Jetpack support.”
Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
Click the “Contact Support” button to privately send the support team the debug results. You can also share a link to this forum issue. It’s best not to post this information on public forums, as it contains private details about your site.

    I really appreciate your response.

Jetpack was never installed and I got this error. I installed jetpack still got the error.

I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, but I’m stuck at the very beginning… https://screenrec.com/share/Wm3DC6Y5fK

    Hi there @johnmecham ??

Thank you so much for reaching back, with further details on this.

WooCommerce Shipping & Tax?requires the Jetpack plugin to be activated and connected to your?WordPress.com?account.?If you don’t connect your site to WordPress.com via Jetpack, automated taxes may not be applied correctly, and you will not be able to print shipping labels. (reference linked here)

As a next step, kindly go through the solutions for Jetpack connection issues, listed in this document. Towards the bottom of it, there is a link to contact Jetpack support, should it be needed.

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.

    We’re happy to help!
