The Mailchimp API key is registered in the widget settings of the registration form, but it does not register the user in the audience.

Attached is a screenshot where you can see how the audience name appears in Mailchimp in the dropdown.

    Screenshot?

    Hi @kildom

I hope you are fine today.

Sorry to hear about your inconvenience. Regarding the issue, I just checked on my side and the registration form is working fine and created the audience in my Mailchimp audience list. Please check the screencast, https://d.pr/v/mUuEO3

For understanding the scenario, can you please go through a plugin conflict test,

You can check for Plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for Essential Addons and dependent plugins. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin -> Plugins and then, deactivate other Plugins.

Check the issue still persists or not. Let me know how its going.

    Thanks & regards

I have tried what you were telling me about deactivating plugins, but the result is the same, I do not subscribe the user in the audience.

    Hi,

I have checked again and its working on our end.

Just for testing purposes can you please create a page and add our only MailChimp addon (https://d.pr/i/vkj539), and checked whether emails are subscribed or not?

Again, can you please make sure that your entered MailChimp API in our addon settings is similar to the options table? You can check this option table data this way, your-domain/wp-admin/options.php
    Find the mail chimp API.
Please check this screencast (https://d.pr/v/3oK3PI) for details.

Let me know how it’s going.

Thanks for your patience and nice cooperation.
