    Thanks for reaching out to us again!

    We have checked again from our end but we still don’t find any issues. As the days exceed then the button will not show on my account’s order section.

    Actually, the days count start from the date of the order created. Maybe something changing the order created/placed the date on your site.

    Also please check if you’re using any third-party plugin which changes the order created date

    Please have a check from your end and let us know.

    I tried to disable all the other plugins but the problem persists and not only. If I set Maximum Number of Days 0 days or leave the field empty, the refaund button in the order page of the client, it is displayed however, for all completed orders

    This is something that persist on your end, so we need to check it on your end.
    Could you please share the screenshots of setting page as well as my-account order page or video so that we can check and let you know accordingly.
