The rearange doesn’t work

    Hi,

    I just installed your plugin. It seems very straight forward. I arranged the products as I wanted, clicked “Update products”, but the order in the store remains as it was. I am using the latest version of WordPress, WooCommerce and your plugin. Please, help!

    OK, can you send me link to your webpage to test?
    What I want to confirm is that the list of products is coming from the Standard Woocommerce Loop or some custom Loop created by the theme developer?

    I have checked your website frontend as you sent me the linke over email.

    I can see the list of products is generated using Visual Composer plugin or the Theme’s theme builder feature. So my plugin will not be applicable on that.For this you have to contact the Theme developer and ask them to make sure the default order of product is “menu_order” or not.
