The rearange doesn’t work

Thanks for your reply. I am not using a premium theme. I am using child theme based on Zakra theme. You can see the store (Keep in mind this is still the development site here: https://wp.heliantheae.bg/%d0%bc%d0%b0%d0%b3%d0%b0%d0%b7%d0%b8%d0%bd/ Unfortunately for you, the store is in Bulgarian, but if you have any questions, I will answer them.

Thanks for your quick reply. I forgot to tell you, I have Elementor installed, but I am not using it for the store products. It is just for my web-site pages.

I got the invitation. Just checking the screenshots.

Go to Admin > Appearance > Customize
Then select “Woocommerce” from left and go to “Product Catalogue”
Now here check for “Default Product Sorting”.
It should be set to “Default sorting (custom ordering + name)”

Let me know if any confusion.
