The rank doesn’t update.

In order to automatically reward users, they have to have some movement in their balance of points, by this I mean that they have to have at least 1 point.

GamiPress works by events, for example, when you visit a specific post then the user earns 1 point.

What you can do is reward your users from GamiPress-> Tools-> Bulks awards and award 1 point to all users.

That is when they can be awarded automatically.

Thank you for your reply but it is not really what I want.

The set up that I set was fine until today. This is the rank condition that I set up for Lap4/10 https://ibb.co/Gvsj1pY (which is it’s the 4th rank). Here is my users reached the balance points but the rank is not updated https://ibb.co/xMM0LCX . Their rank still are in the 3rd rank.

Here is my rank:
Start>Lap 1/10> Lap2/10 > Lap3/10 > Lap 4/10> and so on until Lap 10/10

Start>Lap 1/10> Lap2/10 > Lap3/10, these ranks still work fine

From your first screenshot I can see that you do not have GamiPress up to date, please, update GamiPress to version 2.0

For the users that already have the 430 points you may need to make the bulk awards that Paco mentions to launch the internal event, at the moment this event gets triggered, GamiPress will update correctly the user ranks
