The "quick edit" function in Post has disappear

Hi buddy, I had set a whole new website by wordpress 3.8. Everything is fine before 3 days ago. But the “quick edit” function in Post was disappear. I did nothing before I swore! Pls help me! it’s a important function for me. Thank you so much!
