    See my ticket from more than a year ago, which also shows a repeating of the problem. Now it seems the problem is back again.

    I’ve read the previous problems, and our teams also having difficulties on reproducing the issue. In this case, we usually ask for login details to the site, but that’s only for premium support for our pro member.

    OR you can purchase the Pro version so we can investigate further.

    Well, I’m not going to pay for a plugin that is not functioning well. So, if you’re not willing to help me with this issue (which seems to be a repeating error on your side!), there leaves me no other way than to de-install your plugin and switch to another one.

    As we mentioned above, in this kind of case, we usually need login details to tackle the issue due to the difficulty in reproducing. And login details is prohibited in this forum. Pro users get the access to our helpdesk which you can use to share login details. Hope that explains ??
