I understand that your Shop page and Single product pages are not displaying products, is this correct?
Were these pages working as expected previously, if so, do you recall any changes you may have made to the site just before this issue appeared?
Please could you confirm that you have added prices to your products/variations, as this could result in the products not being added to the shop page, and causing an issue such as this.
If your products do currently have prices added to them and the issue is still present, as a first step, please could you head over to Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks, and resave your existing settings, without making any changes to the settings.
Doing this will rebuild your .htaccess file, and hopefully, clear the issue.
Additionally, you can navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Tools and do the following to see if it makes any difference:
- Clear WooCommerce transients
- Clear expired transients
- Recount terms
- Regenerate Product lookup tables
- Regenerate shop thumbnails
If the issue persists, in order to get a better understanding of your site current environment, could you please share a copy of the following:
- System Status Report – which you can find via WooCommerce → Status. Select
Get system report and then Copy for support.
- Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
Once you have these, please share them in your response here.
