I have been using this product for over 6 months and the replies are way too slow.
It is very rare to get a reply within one business day, very often it takes a week or more.
What is the priority support that is listed on the official website?
This is not priority support.
The support system is very disappointing, so if you are looking for excellent support, fluent crm is not for you.
