  • Hello, I have 0.6 items in stock, but I can’t put the rest in the basket, but only 0.5, this happens with some products.     Two questions in one message are not very correct.

    1. Add to the basket.
      I think that your problem somehow depends on the Control of Reserves.
      It is possible that you have some not fully placed Order with this product in Quantity = 0.1
      Check your Orders and try to temporarily change their status.
      Unfortunately, I could not repeat this.
      Maybe you have some kind of plugin for working with a basket. Try to deactivate it temporarily.
    2. Editing the Order and adding Product.
      Yes. I confirm such a problem.

    On the first point I propose such an action plan:

    1. Create a new Test Product with exactly the same parameters as the original: 0.6 items in stock.
    2. Try to put it into the basket: like 0.6
    3. Let’s see what happens? I think everything will be OK. And if so, then we will continue the conversation.
