The problem with the editor

    When the page loads ADD QUESTION does not appear the visual editor

    A text editor appears
    Image 2
    When posting a question through the adminpanel visual editor appears and works and on the page with the shortcode there
    Image 3
    How to solve this problem?
    Tell me whether you can add to the plugin’s own editor?
    Do not use editor total and to have your individual plugin that would not conflict with other plugins?
