    I have to use on your website testing a virtual plug-ins on your site through xampp.

    That’s what I see on all Russian-language titles in the statistics:

    Check to see if your database is using the correct encoding?

    CHARSET is utf8mb4 and COLLATE is utf8mb4_unicode_ci

    If it doesn’t work, try overwriting it with the dev version https://github.com/lesterchan/wp-postratings/archive/master.zip.

    Only the new entries will be fixed as indicated in my screenshot.

    Encoding is correct. I went in the server logs and saw a set of such records. Maybe they will help in solving the problem:

    Looks like a table issue, try googling “Illegal mix of collations (latin1_swedish_ci,IMPLICIT)”
