The problem with Last-Modified

    I post records every day, and a few a day.
    When checking, it shows that the document has changed – Last-Modified: Tue, 05 Jun 2018 11:29:22 GMT
    05 Jun 2018 11:29:22 GMT is the date of installation of the plugin
    How to fix?
    I use VestaCP, Server: nginx, PHP/7.2.6
