Hello, I have made the smtp settings in Mailpoet. Trial email, new member notifications, etc. are working. I created a newsletter in the newsletter news title on the Mails tab. When I ask him to send this to the people on the mailing list, the email does not go. It stands in the form of being sent to the management panel. I also created another member email. He does not send to him either. I want to use the smtp system because I use the Yandex mail server. how can I solve the problem.

Why didn’t I get an answer to my question? I wonder if the authorities read this information? However, because I liked Mailpoet’s design and production so much, I even prepared a YouTube video. I was going to add it on YouTube, but the lack of help clearly upset me.

    Hello there,

Apologies for the delay in providing you a reply here, due to the holiday season we have had a limited support capacity.

We appreciate your support and glad to know you plan on sharing your experience with your followers on social media platforms.

Back to your question about the newsletter not sending, can you kindly head over to MailPoet > Settings > Advanced > Logging > See logs and send us a screenshot of that page?

And please let us know the page (url) you need help with.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Hi again @ahcan,

I even prepared a YouTube video. I was going to add it on YouTube, but the lack of help clearly upset me.

One of my colleagues shared that video with me today, thank you so much for that.

I saw in that thread that changing the Newsletter Task Scheduler solved te issue for you so I am closing this thread now.

    Thanks for your support.

    Cheers!
