  • The problem has returned. Any changes made to the chat settings, lose the custom settings.

    I customized the color of the chat on the page with the standard colors of the website. Any changes to the 3CX settings, the background color of the chat icon will disappear.

    When that happens, I have to back up the website.

    I also have same problem for now I quick fixed it with css in child theme those are the classes that I needed to change .wplc-color-bg-1, .wplc-color-bg-2, .wplc-color-bg-3, .wplc-color-bg-4
    Problem as I see it is that the color in plugins css is not imported as it should there is a mistake becouse there is space in hex color.

    Exemple of how it’s saved black in backend background-color:’# 000000′; and that space is making the problem.

    I hope I helped you a little before they correct the problem.
