The pro version have problems and nobody respond to solve the problem

  • hello friends I have made 4 attempts to contact the creators of the pro version of this plugin, several days ago.

    because the pro version is importing comments without image and without name as anonymous, from November 29, 2017

    but the creators of the plugin, not respond and not solve the problem,
    despite I spending my money on buying this plugin.

    draw your conclusions.

  • I had the exact same issue and I contacted support as well. It took a while but eventually they answered:

    This is happening from last facebook API update, we have hard time to fix this since they added a lot of restrictions. We are working on the solution but it is hard to say when exactly we will have updated version since a lot of things is changed with facebook last update.

    Only solution for now that we have is to use older version of facebook app, if you have some older version already created (below 2.11) and connect plugin to that app it should work.

    We will try to solve this soon as possible.

    I had an app (api version v2.5), and I connected that app to this plugin and indeed that works.

    THANK YOU BROTHER, I CHANGE THE API TO 2.10 FOR THE MOMENT IS WORKING,

    But it’s a pity that the creators of the complement DO NOT respond with a solution like you offered me.

    @carlosusa77 How did you change the API to the 2.1? Did you modify the plugin code or did is there a way to do in the App settings on Facebook?
