    Hello,

    I used your free version of the plugin and it worked fine, so I decided to buy the pro version, once its activated the widget does not show up the website images break, every Time I change the design I have to clear WProcket cookies, now I am trying it on staging website and its the same issue.

    I have disabled all the script blocking in Advanced tap I tried different designs but same issue can you help please?

    okay its working on all pages except for the home page. it breaks the page and the banner does not show up

    Could you please check them once, and also please raise a support ticket with us for the Pro related issue, so that we would be able to help you out in correct direction.

    I have already emailed the support no reply yet, it was urgent as I have daily visitors on my website so I decided to post here too.

    Note: the link attached to my post is not the production website its just a testing website.

    If you could raise a support ticket once with us and request to provide with the login credentials to your website, so that we would be able to identify and resolve the issue you are facing with the pro plugin.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    You could raise a support ticket by login to My Account area on our website.

    Once you are logged in to My Account > Go to Orders > Click on Get Help button and submit the form.
