• Hello, some time ago I installed the prinyfi plugin on my website, but the icon in the admin panel did not appear. I uninstalled it and tried it again – it was still gone. To be sure, I installed a third-party plugin and it has already appeared. Today I updated everything that could be done and once again uninstalled and installed the printify plugin (version 2.3 currently) and I still do not have the icon in the admin panel. How can you fix this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi there!

The iframe was indeed removed due to conflict with Woo, though this doesn’t mean the plugin isn’t functional (unless you’re experiencing other issues, of course). The Printifty plugin is just the shipping calculator and not the actual integration.

So, in short, both the shipping plugin and the integration should work just fine as long as the connection has been done correctly.

In the meantime, we’re still looking into ways to bring the icon back!

    Best regards,
    Alex

    The same issue for me
