The print stopped working after the update

    Have a nice day, after updating to the latest version 5.0, printing has stopped working. Whether there is a conflict with the PopUp Maker plugin:

    If I turn it off by clicking on the print icon, the print window will open correctly.

    I’m also bothered by one thing and the fact that in the tiksi preview and in the press, they epolate photos from the slider 3 times.

    Can you advise me on what to do for commissioning?

    If I’m trying to print and the PopUp Maker plugin is turned on, the browser console reports an error:

    The service worker navigation preload request was cancelled before ‘preloadResponse’ settled. If you intend to use ‘preloadResponse’, use waitUntil() or respondWith() to wait for the promise to settle.

    It is working now on that page. Did you make any changes?
    We will investigate any potential conflicts with Popup Maker.

    Hi thank you very much for the response. Unfortunately, the problem still persists. I haven’t found a way to get this up and running yet.

    2) click on the print icon
    and when the next window is invoked, the tsik command remains inactive

    This does not seem to be a plugin conflict. I have tested it with the plugin and found no issues.

    We are looking into this.

    Hello nice day, managed to find the reason why the plugin reports a “preloadResponse” error?

    @jardamajer We are working on this. Different browsers are behaving differently. For example, Firefox works without any problem on this page. There is some combination of factors on this page/site that’s triggering some obscure bug.

    We have fixed the issue. The <embed> code in the page was interfering with the print
