I have the WBW Product Filter Pro, which i need to create multiple filters for different pages. For example, i have an “OUTDOOR” page which includes ALL the outdoor products, but subcategory pages ” Court sport light” , “Compact Area light”, etc. For the subcategory pages, it should only filter the products within the category of “Court Sport Light” (ID 505).

I have created the filter which the PREVIEW on the right panel, looks exactly how i wanted, only filtering the “wattage” within this category (Court Sport Light, ID 505), and HIDE the products that are NOT available. However, when I input in the pages (as i always do). the filtering attributes is showing ALL attributes and i would only like to show THE selections available.

In this case, theres only 2 items in this Court Sport Light category, both at 400W, so it should be showing 400W (2), and not the entire list.

Can you help? See images for reference :

this is the image that I would like to show on my page: https://ibb.co/nBQKv5J

this is how i input into the page (just like the other pages: https://ibb.co/wB2TdbM

However the final page is shown ALL the selections instead how it should be : https://ibb.co/xMT2gZQ

    Please help!

    Hello @fanlightinc,

https://prnt.sc/HtCzoSBYQKYC – Try setting it not through the category ID, but using the “Make default” option and the Category/Attribute selection field.

The filter builds a list based on the products loaded on the page, but the “Make default” option is triggered before the products are loaded, unlike category ID.

Is there anyway to fix the issue about hiding the items on the filter thats not available by NOT using the attribute selection? I have alot of items that need to be filtered which i am unable to keep track which items has which attributes… So the best way its hiding the filter listing were items that are ” not available “…. I have tried few way as suggested above.. but still doesn’t seem to work. I have separated the items in categories as shown below: I will need the subcategory to search within its own category.

    – outdoor (main tab)
    – Area Luminaries (second level tab)
    – Court Light (subcategory)
    – Compact Area Light ( subcategory)
    – (and so on…)

I would like to be able to hide those variations that are not available within each series of sections.

Any advise? See image below that i would like to achieve how it would show on the PREVIEW, same to look like that on the website.
