The prevew image doesn’t work

Hi there, I’ve changed themes twice, but the plugin still doesn’t work properly.
As you can see from this page, the post On The Road, doesn’t show it’s a video.

I’m changing now to another theme, longevity, but still the same problem.
How can I fix it?
