    Hello,
On my homepage, I used to have 3 “Posts” blocks : “Recent pharmacy consult episodes”, “recent mini grand rounds episodes”, and “recent fresh fruit” episodes. Those posts blocks would then pull in the 3 most recent episodes under those given categories. However, now that has stopped working.
If I am editing the page and the block, under “Feed settings” I choose “My blog” and “newest to oldest”. I then select the desired category (for example, “pharmacy consult” and so on). When I am on the edit side of things, it looks normal. The “Posts” block is working and pulling up only the last 3 episodes of the desired category. However, when I hit “publish,” All 3 posts blocks on my home page are pulling up just the most recent overall episodes, despite them being different categories!?

    How to fix this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi There @errxpodcast

I just want to confirm here, you’re using the “Latest Posts” block right?

Quickly testing, I’m not able to reproduce the issue.

I wonder if you have plugins or custom code applying filter to WPQueries causing this behavior. Maybe you can try disabling plugins to see where it comes from. (the Health Check plugin helps disabling plugins without affecting the frontend)

    Riad,
Thank you so much! I think I was using the “latest posts” before the update, but it must have altered it to just the “posts” block after the update, causing much confusion! I changed it to the “latest posts” block and it now works.

Oh! glad you managed to fix it.
