The post notification doesn't include the featured image

    Jetpack’s Subscription Emails do not include any Featured Image, and never have unfortunately. That’s on our roadmap, though, and we’re considering adding that feature in our next iteration of the Subscriptions module.

    Until then, if you want to include images in Subscription emails, you’ll need to include the images in your post content.
