The post forms ADD NEWS page is blank and doesn’t show anything

After adding the post form, the page is blank and doesn’t show anything.

It looks like there might have a conflict on your site. So, this will need to check if that is coming from any other plugin.

Please make sure that you’ve already done the conflict test. If you haven’t yet, please follow the below procedures for testing purposes.

• Please deactivate all plugins except the WP User Frontend Plugin.
• Use a default theme such as twenty-twenty or twenty-twenty-one.
• Use the default language on your website.
• Clear your site cache as well as the browser cache and try the process again.

If you are still having the problem, then kindly contact through the website for further assistance.

The site was freshly installed without any other plugins and themes installed
The system is Ubuntu20 PHP7.4 MYSQL 8.0 REDIS CACHE

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the plugin. Current version is v3.5.27

Also as @saifislam01 mentioned, follow the steps and change the site language to default. Then let us know the result.

Would you mind sharing more informations about your site? I can see you have mentioned that your system is Ubuntu20. Are you trying to install and activate the plugin in a different framework? Please describe in details. It will help us to understand what actually went wrong.

Just need to switch the language to US. I have tried several other languages, but it doesn’t work. This is the first time I have encountered this situation. We are a SAAS service provider. We have built thousands of websites for other customers, and we have used thousands of plug-ins.

1) Do you have any console errors while accessing the form builder? To check the console log (follow this). If yes, kindly share that with us.
2) Do you have any browser extensions/add-ons installed which may block scripts? To check, open “Chrome” extensions from (chrome://extensions/) and disable those and retry (example).
3) Did you try with a different browser?
