• Hi,
I just spent days building my portfolio with this plugin.
I tried to send it to a potential client today and it does not display at all.
Not on Chrome, not on Firefox.

I have tried resaving the page, resaving individual layouts. This is terrible. So much time spent on this

    I deactivated paging, filters, etc…
I just see the thing loading but it never displays.

    This is so discouraging.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Just to add something, when inside the Dashboard I don’t see the preview, just the little squares that indicate that something is loading.

    Hi.

Have you tried to deactivate 3rd-party plugins? I see the JS errors in browser console on your site, maybe something conflicted.

    Well, I deactivated the following:
    Elementor
    WP instagram widget
    WP Featherlight
    Happyforms

And still it doesn’t work. I’ve sent it to several people and nobody can see the images on any browser. Just the little squares loading something. But weirdly enough it works on duckduckgo (the browser) on iPad.
It really disappoints me because I spent hours on it and it looked great but it just stopped displaying all of a sudden.

This is what I see in the browser console https://snap.nkdev.info/2018-07-22-1532210915.png

Please, make sure you resolved these errors and then check the portfolio. Deactivate all plugins, one by one and check.

Well, I have no idea what that is. I’m not a developer.
What I see is that it has to do with WooCommerce and I can’t deactivate it.
So I guess I’ll have to look for something else for my portfolio.

    Hi,

So these are the plugins I have on my site. https://ibb.co/ka6DTd
I seriously do not want to disturb my WooCommerce shop. It has been such a long process to get it where I need it to be.
I’m not a developer so the screenshot you sent me was incomprehensible to me. I just recognized woocommerce in the script thing there and I assumed this was the problem.

HOWEVER, the portfolio displays fine on the duckduckgo browser on iPad. But nowhere else which makes me suspect that maybe there is something conflicting with the browsers?

I don’t know.. I can see the portfolio on my computer but it might be a cached version since nobody else seems to see it.
At the moment I’m stuck with the horrible Jetpack image galleries. Not even their portfolio feature is nice. I would love to use yours.

I don’t know which plugins conflicted, on my local site these plugins works, but still, try to deactivate all plugins (WooCommerce itself shouldn’t conflict, so you can ignore it), just for test.

The plugin just updated to 1.6.2. Fixed some code for initialization, but I’m not sure your portfolio will work as there is no Isotope script defined (https://snap.nkdev.info/2018-07-23-1532366349.png).

    Hi,
It worked! It displays now on mobile also.
So maybe it wasn’t wooocommerce. I didn’t deactivate anything. I updated the plugin and then checked on my phone, my work computer and everything else.

Yes, it is initialized fine now on your site, but as I can see, Isotope plugin fails and some of the elements are not properly positioned… So, this means that the conflict with some of the plugins still there.

    Oh well… I give up. ??
