    As seen in the URL I attached. The AI Engine popup is covered by the elements of the page on which it appears.
    It happens to me with the latest version of the plugin (wordpress 6.4.2) and on another website that I have for testing with version ai-engine-2.1.9 and wordpress 5.9. In both cases, one element they have in common is that they use the DIVI theme.

    There isn’t much we can do on our end regarding this particular issue. It stems from how your builder is positioning the chatbot element within your HTML hierarchy. Its current placement causes it to display behind other elements. I’ve relocated it from its parent, and now everything is displaying as expected.
