The popup didn’t appear now!

Hello there,

Please review your form settings and save it even if there are no changes to be made and then make sure that the “Deployed (make this optin go live)” option is enabled in the Edit Optin Form page.

Also, by not working what you are trying to mean in particular? Is the optin form not appearing or something else is happening?

There might also be a plugin or theme update in your installation that is causing a conflict with Optin Cat.

We might present you with conflict isolation steps in the next reply if optin form is setup properly.

Thanks for your kind help!

I’m sure the Deployed option is enabled.
And for the not working, I mean it didn’t appear on any page now, 0 impressions 0 conversions since April 13.
I didn’t update the WordPress theme, for the Optin Cat not sure did it has a new update during that?
Double check and sure all the setting is right.

Since we have no other reports of this issue form our other users and since we cannot replicate this issue in our local installation of WordPress, this should be something unique to your installation caused by a theme or plugin conflict.

We need to find out what is causing the conflict in order to be able to sort out this issue.

To search for conflicts, please follow these steps.

1. First please deactivate all plugins except Optin Cat and see if the issue persists.
2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one to see if the issue returns.
3. If no conflict is found among your plugins, try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’, or ‘Twenty Seventeen’, and see if the issue is resolved.

Thanks so much for your help.
Yes, you’re right it’s the confliction between plugins. I use another plugin for doing a survey, which I set it to not show on any pages, seems that the setting affected popup otherwise.
