The POP-UP must have other user role option/permissions (here is why)

Your pop-up manager is super nice, easy to use and works like a champ. Better than many of the dedicated popup plugins… but currently useless if you are a user role like editor, or contributor. As you know often times, admins are the site devs, and editor or contributor roles are content creators/managers. So you can see that editor and contributors could find the pop-up manager very handy to use so they don’t have to bother the admin just to have a popup show.
So why not add user-role permissions so the admin can allow pop-up manager for other user roles and then they will have access to pop-ups in the wp admin menu when they are logged in.
Will give you a perfect example… website for camp events, event cancelled last minute due to weather… the event manager person wants to post an update/pop-up on the site… so they call the web dev to ask them to post pop-up… pain in the butt for admins. Instead admin can just tell the event manager how to create/edit popups… BUT we don’t wanna give these folks ADMIN user role just to do this… they can really break a site and have access to privileged data not for their eyes… so you see my point? Thank you
