    First of all thanks for the plugin!

    Unfortunately for me the pop up does not appear.. Not sure why not.

    Any ideas?

    Can you send me the URL of a test order’s thank you page with your order and key in the URL?

    Actually I am having the exact opposite. My badge is stuck on the page and wont leave.. we would like to have it gone but even uninstalling the plugin it is still there. Help please!

    @cnrwholesale, it sounds like you have a plugin doing static page caching. Please clear the cache from that plugin, and you should see your changes take effect.

    Do you have a custom thank you page that doesn’t run the do_action(‘woocommerce_thankyou’)?

    Hi,

    I have the same problem at my page Superlighter.n.o. I use a custom Thank-you page, so the URL have this action:

    /takk-for-din-bestilling/?1cu=wc_order_5c124743c80fc&1cu_n=ty

    Still no Popup disapear. What is wrong?

    This plugin only supports the standard WooCommerce Thank You page because it hooks into the action hook, woocommerce_thankyou
