The pop up does not appear when clicking on the button – maybe cache problem

    Hello! I would like to ask you for help with this…
    I am working on a test site because I am making a mobile menu, and in some buttons I used the option that a pop up appears when clicked. The problem is that sometimes I click and the pop up does not appear, or sometimes I select an option from the pop up, and when I go back to the previous page, when I click the button a second time, the pop up does not work. I think it’s a caching issue, but I’ve already done a few things to try and fix this: I checked the “Disable asset cache” option in the plugin settings under Miscellaneous. I also use the WP Rocket plugin and in advanced options, specifically in “Never cache these URLs” I added /wp-content/uploads/pum/

    But none of this has worked… do you have any idea what else I can do to make sure that every time the buttons are clicked, the pop ups do appear?
    The buttons are at the bottom, only in the mobile version.

    Hi @iscampos,

    Sorry to hear you’re having issues with displaying your popup.

    Do you have a CDN cache that could also contribute to it?

    Yes, I use Cloudflare as a CDN… is there anything I can do with this? to make sure popups always appear on click and are not blocked by the CDN?

    Also, I read the article and added the CSS code in the theme customizer…hope this helps.

    I appreciate if you have any article with a solution for the CDN… Thanks!

    Hi @iscampos,

    You can purge your cache in Cloudflare. Please see: https://developers.cloudflare.com/cache/how-to/purge-cache

    Every time you do any major changes to your site, it’s always a good idea to purge your cache.

    Make sure to clear the ones on your browsers too.

    @kimmyx Thank you very much, I have already cleaned the cache. Is there anything else I can do so that the CDN doesn’t block the popups? Or any other recommendation?
