The plugin works great in single site but have a issue

I am meeting an issue that I need to make my site to multisite.
The plugin works pretty well before I convert my website to multisite.
When it convert to mulsite, it cannot refresh the feed, and when I go to the page : “amount of products in feed productfeed” it will show “You cannot create product feeds yet, please install WooCommerce first.” but the woocommerce is working..
