the plugin won’t display vistor data

    Hi there,

    I tried use different domains and servers with WP and statistics installed.

    but everytime I test the statistics plugin, it won’t display the vistor’s location and IP address instead of #hash#. this currently only happened to my new installed WP site, old sites not be affected.

    please let me know how do I figure it out?

    Based on the information you provided in your previous message, it appears that the IPs are hashed, which prevents WP Statistics from displaying visitor locations. To enable the plugin to fetch visitor locations, you will need to disable the Hashing IP feature. You can find this option by navigating to:

    WP Dashboard > Statistics > Settings > Privacy
