    Thanks for trying our plugin!

    It looks like the problem is that the server with the aggregated review form (powered by Amazon Web Services) doesn’t trust SSL certificate of your site. Transmission of a review from the review form to your website gets aborted due to the fact that AWS cannot verify SSL certificate of your site.

    Let us check if security settings can be adjusted to accept SSL certificate of your site. I will provide an update about this by Friday.

    We checked the issue with your certificate in more detail and it seems that you forgot to install an intermediary certificate. So, your SSL certificate chain is incomplete. Please refer to this report: https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=www.katschis.at. Please install an intermediary certificate and the issue will be resolved.
